            One day there was a adolescent aged 18 who was accompanied by her mother to the hospital. The girl named Jasmin missed her mentruation about a month. Before see the doctor,  Jasmin and her mother go to the administration for registration.

Nurse Olive     : “Good morning. I’m Nurse Olive. May I help you?”
Mother Rose   : “Good morning nurse. I want to see Doctor Emma.”
Nurse Olive     : “Okay. But, may I know your name, please?”
Mother Rose   : “My name is Rose and this is my daughter, Jasmine.”
Nurse Olive     : “And who is the patient?”
Mother Rose   : “My daughter, Nurse. She said that she had a stomachache and missed her period for a month. I’m so worry about it.”
Nurse Olive     : “Mmhh. (nodding) Okay, you’ll se Doctor Emma. But, you have to complete the registration, first. This is the form of administration. (giving the form) Do you need a hand to fill this form?”
Mother Rose   : “Thank you nurse, but I can do it myself.”(filling out the form)
Nurse Olive     : (Nurse wait Mother Rose fill out the form)
Mother Rose   : “Nurse, It’s done.”(giving form to the nurse)
Nurse Olive     : “Okay, I will check it, first. Your daughter’s name is Jasmine A. Kulkin. Born on September 23th, 1998. Lives in Surabaya Living Town Block A No. 11, Surabaya. The guardian is Rose L. Kulkin as Jasmine’s mother. Want to see Doctor Emma from Gynocological Department.”
Mother Rose   : “Yes. Totally alright.”
Nurse Olive     : “But, Sorry Madame. Are you on phone?”
Mother Rose   : “Yeah, I’m.”
Nurse Olive     : “So, I think you forget about your phone number right here.”
Mother Rose   : “Oh, I’m sorry. My phone number is 085641912013.”
Nurse Olive     : “Your registration is finished, Mam. You and your daughter can wait in front of Doctor Emma’s room until the the nurse call your daughter’s name.”
Mother Rose   : “Okay. Then, we will go there.”
Nurse Olive     : “Sure. Mam.”
Mother Rose   : “Thank you, Nurse.”
Nurse Olive     : “Your welcome.”

When Mother Rose and Jasmine were on the way to dostor’s room, they thought that they lost their way. Then, they dicided to stop at nursing station to asking the direction.

Jasmine           : “Mom, I think we lost our way. We were going to see Doctor Emma from Gynocological Department but what we’ve found was dispensary, ICU and emergency room.”
Mother Rose   : “Yeah, I think you’re right, sweet heart.”
Jasmine           : “May be we have to ask the nurse or other servant in this hospital. Nah! That’s the nurse station. Let’s go there and ask them.”
Mother Rose   : “Sure.”

(in the nurse station)
Nurse Lexy     : “Good Morning, I’m Nurse Lexy. May I help you?”
Jasmine           : “Good Morning. Yeah, I think me and my mom lost our way to see Doctor Emma from genicological deparment. Could you give us direction to go there?”
Nurse Lexy     : “Sure. From here you just need to go straight. There you can take elevator to go to upstair. After arrive on first floor, turn right and go straight. After you find intersection, turn left and Doctor Emma’s room is there in front of Dermatological Department.”
Jasmine           : “I will repeat it. So, what I need to do is go to first floor by elevator, right there (pointing to direction of the elevator). After that, turn right and go straigh. On the intersection i have to turn left. Is it right?”
Nurse Lexy     : “Yeah, You’re right.”
Jasmine           : “Okay.”
Nurse Lexy     : “Is there anything else that I can do for you?”
Jasmine           : “No. It’s enough. Thank you very much.”
Nurse Lexy     : “You’re welcome.”

Finally, Jasmine and Mother Rose have found Doctor Emma’s room. While waited to enter the room. Jasmine was asked to do some assessment by nurse.

Nurse Luna     : “Jamine A. Kulkin! (calling the patient’s name)
Mother Rose   : “Yes, She is here.
Jasmine           : “Yes, I’am.
Nurse Luna     : “Good Morning, I’m Nurse Luna. Before you go to see Doctor Emma, I will assess your vital sign, first.
Jasmine           : “Okay.”
Nurse Luna     : “I will check your blood presure. Could you roll your sleeve up, please?”
Jasmine           : “Sure.” (rolling the sleeve up)
Nurse Luna     : “Okay, I begin. (measure the blood presure) Your blood presure is 110/80 mmHg.”
Jasmine           : “Mmmhh.. (nodding) This is normal, isn’t it?”
Nurse Luna     : “Yeah. It is. Now, I will check your temperature. I will put this thermometer into your amrpit so could you take off your top button and open your armpit, please?”
Jasmine           : “Yeah, okay. Is it okay?” (take off the top button and open her armpit)
Nurse Luna     : “Yes. And while we’re waiting, I will measure your respiratory rate so please breathe as usual. Understand?”
Jasmine           : “Of course.”
Nurse Luna     : “Your temperature is 36,8 °C and your respiratory rate is 22 x/minute.”
Mother Rose   : “Are they normal, Nurse?”
Nurse Luna     : “Yes, Mam. All of it is normal.”
Jasmine           : “Good. I hope that the doctor will say that I’m totally okay.”
Mother Rose   : “Of course, she will.”
Nurse Luna     : “I hope so. Then, you can go to Doctor Emma’s room.”
Jasmine           : “Okay, Thank you, Nurse.”
Mother Rose   : “Thank you, Nurse.”
Nurse Luna     : “You’re welcome. I’m sorry Mrs. Rose I suggest you to compress her stomach with warm water in the bottle and I’m sure she will be better.”
Mother Rose   : “Okay nurse, thanks for your suggestion.”
Nurse Luna     : “You’re welcome Nurse.”
Jasmine           : “I’m sorry Nurse, I was so thirsty.”
Nurse Luna     : “Oh, okay. Do you want a bottle of water Miss?”
Jasmine           : “Sure Nurse, thank you.”
Nurse Luna     : “Do you also want a snack Miss?”
Jasmine           : “Can I, Nurse?”
Nurse Luna     : “Sure, with a pleasure Miss.”
Jasmine           : “Thank you very much Nurse, you’re so kind.”
Nurse Luna     : “Okay, you’re welcome pretty girl.”

(in Doctor Emma’s room)
Doctor Emma : “Good morning.”
Jasmine           : “Good morning, doctor.”  (shaking hand with doctor)
Mother Rose   : “Good moring, doctor.”  (shaking hand with doctor)
Doctor Emma : “May I help you? (looking at patient’s medical record) Jasmine?”
Jasmine           : “Yes, I’m. Doctor.”
Doctor Emma : “And?”
Mother Rose   : “Rose, Doctor. I’m her mother.”
Doctor Emma : “Okay. What’s the problem?”
Mother Rose   : “Mmhh.. It’s about my daughter, doctor. My daughter said that she had stomachache before and what makes me and her worry was she missed her periode about a month.”
Doctor Emma : “Is it still felt pain in your stomah, Jasmine?”
Jasmine           : “No. I don’t feel the pain right now.”
Doctor Emma : "What is this has happened before?"
Jasmine          : "Yes doctor".
Doctor Emma : "What often occurs during menstruation?"
Jasmine          : " Not doctor".
Doctor Emma: "When was the last menstruation"?
Jasmine         : " A month ago doctor".
Doctor Emma : “Okay, then i think you should do USG.”
Jasmine           : “Will it be hurt?”
Doctor Emma : “No. USG is Ultra Sound Graphic. I just will give some gel on your stomach and see your uterus with the ultra sound tool. It will be hurt.”
Jasmine           : “Okay.”
(after USG is done)
Mother Rose   : “How is it, Doctor?”
Doctor Emma : “The Uterus is clear. There is no cyst, myoma or tumor.”
Mother Rose   : “So, my daughter is okay, right?”
Doctor Emma : “Yeah. I think she missed her period because of her hormone that’s not produced normally. I will give her recipe of medicines to normalize the hormones.”
Jasmine           : “Okay, Doctor. Is there anything else that I can do?”
Doctor Emma : “How about your daily exercise?”
Jasmine           : “I saldom exercise.”
Doctor Emma : “Then, you have to do it frequenly. Okay?”
Jasmine           : “Okay.”
Mother Rose   : “Is there anything else, Doctor?”
Doctor Emma : “Yeah. Just eat properly. A healthy diet must be good for her.”
Mother Rose   : “Okay, Doctor.”
Jasmine           : “Okay, Doctor.”
Doctor Emma : “Nah, this is your recipe of medicine. You can take it from pharmacy.”
Mother Rose   : “Okay, Thank you.”
Doctor Emma : “If in a month after this, Jasmine doesn’t get menstruation you can come here again on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday at 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.”
Jasmine           : “Okay, Doctor. Thank you very much.”
Doctor Emma : “Yeah, you’re welcome. Get well soon, Jasmine.”
Jasmine           : “Mmhh..” (nodding)
Jasine and her mother lift Doctor Emma’s room.
